Over the years, we have taken a few vacations that we feel were pretty great and we would like to share some of the pictures from those trips. It all started in 2005 when we took our Granddaughters, Janelle and Jhaela to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The next year was our New England Road Trip. 2006 was also the year I had open heart surgery and was off work for 4 months, so we were not able to go on vacation in 2007. We did, however, begin planning for the vacation of a lifetime for October of 2008: a Disney Cruise, 7 nights to the Western Caribbean! We planned another cruise for 2009, but, for medical reasons, we were unable to go. In 2010, we were so captivated by advertisements for The Outer Banks of North Carolina, that we went there twice, we loved it so much. The first trip was in June for a 3 hour tourday weekend, the second trip was in July, for a week. For Christmas that year, we visited our Niece, Karline, and Family in Rhode Island. 2011 was a big year for us. Three vacations in one year! The first two were, really one, with two distict parts: The 4th of July, in Orlando; and three nights at WDW's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Finally, in 2011, we were seduced by advertisements for Myrtle Beach, NC, so we rented a condo there for the month of September.
